Sr Columbia recently attended a course on FORMATION FOR FORMATORS in Cedara, South Africa. This course equips  Religious Sisters, Brothers and Priests to work with young women and men discerning a Religious Vocation. It also helps us to discern what to look for in potential candidates when making the critical decision of whether or not to accept them into Religious Life and Priesthood. This course also enabled self-reflection and gives the opportunity to learn about oneself, hence the course title FORMATION FOR FORMATORS.   32 Religious, male and female, who lived, worked, prayed together as Community and socialized together for 3 weeks. It was a time of deep sharing, making new friends and supporting each other through faith, commitment and collaboration as we grow deeper into Christ.
