On Saturday, 18th October 2025, Sr Columbia had the privilege of celebrating the Silver Jubilee of Sr Nobulali Boligello OP, a remarkable Dominican Sister. During the Silver Jubilee Mass, she renewed her Religious Vows, reaffirming her commitment to her vocation. Fondly known as the Mother Teresa of Duncan Village, Sr Nobulali’s selfless dedication to serving the poorest of the poor is a testament to her unwavering faith. I’m grateful to God for her 25 years of devoted service as a Dominican Sister.  May her silver jubilee be a stepping stone to even greater things, and may her passion for spreading the Word continue unabated. Laudare, Benedicere, Praedicare – Praise, Bless, Preach. One highlight of the celebration was the uplifting music – a group of Dominican Sisters representing FEDOSA (Federation of Dominicans in South Africa), singing with joy and enthusiasm, spreading their infectious Dominican joy to all present! Laudare, Benedicere, Praedicare! (Sr Columbia Fernandez OP) with kind permission of Sr Nobulali Boligello OP
