St Dominic’s Church Springfield, Capetown.

Following their arrival in Capetown in 1863 the Dominican Sisters acquired the Springfield Property in 1871. The foundation stone for the church was laid in 1876 and the church was officially opened in 1880 on the 21st January. On the 26th January 2025 there was a celebration to mark 145 years since the Church was opened.
